Review by hotel critic
I recently had a delightful business trip at the Grand Hotel Bellevue in Norway, perfectly situated at the foot of Romsdalseggen and offering breathtaking views of the Romsdalsfjorden and its majestic mountains. The room I stayed in was not only cozy but also featured beautiful murals, creating a unique ambiance to unwind after a day of meetings in this rich historical setting, which dates back to 1890. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a highlight, with an impressive selection of locally sourced dishes-perfectly aligning with my commitment to sustainability and appreciation for fresh, regional cuisine. Plus, the on-site restaurant had a lovely terrace that invited us to enjoy meals outdoors, amplifying the experience of Norway's natural beauty. With friendly staff eager to assist, we effortlessly arranged outdoor activities to truly embrace the stunning landscapes surrounding the hotel, and their rental service for electric cars like the Renault Twizy was a fun way to explore!
